Nature of the Website

This site is a private reference guide. It does not store official jail records, court records, booking photos, warrant records, or DOC files, and it cannot confirm custody status, release an inmate, accept bond, or file documents.

The site points visitors toward Fayette County and Iowa inmate-record resources, including sheriff, court, DOC, federal, immigration, notification, and third-party research tools.

Use Rules

• Do not use this site in a way that violates any law.
• Do not use information found here to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate another person.
• Do not rely on site content for employment, housing, lending, insurance, or other regulated screening decisions.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to this site, its systems, or partner systems.
